The attorneys, paralegals and office staff were all extremely helpful and understanding throughout the entire experience. They took time to ensure I understood all of my options and listened to each and every question I had while dispelling any worries that came about. Consultations were held before and after each hearing to discuss expectations and forward planning that help put me at ease through what could have been a rather strenuous situation. Response times were extremely fast, even when they had an exorbitant workload. All of the staff worked swiftly and diligently to keep costs down without hindering the quality of service. Even as my case was drawing to a simple close they treated it with the same respect and importance as they did from the first moment of hiring them. As much as I hope I don't have to use their services again, I definitely will if the need arises.
