I hired Mr Blankenship to handle a very difficult, involved and rare case concerning parent termination. Without going into details, this case was far from anything any attorney sees on a regular basis, if ever. Mr Blankenship and his team handled this with care, compassion, thoroughness and eventually, SUCCESS for me. I am so glad I had him on my side, it was the difference between winning and losing!

Mr. Blankenship is a very caring and knowledgeable attorney. He takes endless time explaining the law and your legal outcome. When he consults with a perspective client he gives his full attention and knowledge. He dealt favorably with my legal problem and I would return and use his services if I needed them.

I went to him with a child custody case for a 6 month old. He obviously did not take my case seriously and walked out with a proposal not even close to what i wanted. he did not prepare at all! it took him 8 days to even file the restraining order and for the temporary hearing. he put me in a far worse position then when i started. i released him and hired a different attorney and got exactly what i was asking for! he was way too comfortable. i even had to track him down the day before court wondering what i had to do then my bill was awesome charging me for things he did not even do. i would run from this guy!!
