All the workers at this law firm were wonderful, very helpful. However after paying the $4,400, I am finding that no organization or business where I have assets will accept the Certification of Trust for the family trust I set up. The bank that holds my savings explains to me that they have to follow the laws of the state. Anything left in the account will have to go through probate and meet all obligations of the state before my family can receive anything. I was hoping all the work I did would prevent the need for probate. I am a little disappointed about this.
