First I will say I'm a hard person to work with because I want things done on focus and to perfections especially when I'm the one that suffered ... I wasn't the one who caused the accident, I've lost a lot and have been thru a lot at this point..Bryant at Brandy Austin Law Firm is the one you need. I've asked thousands of questions and he had answers for all of them, he's very knowledgeable and he know what he's doing I know we're not done with the case but he deserves a review because I have a lot faith and confidence in them to get me what I deserve because if anybody know what I've been thru and what I'm going to have to deal with for a long time Is Bryant.. I would like to share how grateful I am to attorney Jennefer Lowe from Brandy Austin Law Firm. I came to DFW area from out of state to a difficult family situation. I contacted this firm by referral from another local attorney. From the first phone call Ms. Lowe listened attentively and immediately grasped the gravity of the situation. She worked tirelessly on this urgent matter. Several nights messaging with me until 9pm to make sure she had everything correct and could act swiftly. This expeditiousness did not come at the expense of the quality of her work, she diligently ensured that every item was correct, and ultimately succeeded in helping us resolve the matter. This included filings, an ex parte motion, and almost a full day of emergency hearings. The matter was resolved exactly two weeks from our first phone call. Throughout the process she was available (nights, weekends, etc.) thoughtful, supportive, and demonstrated a genuine compassion for our family. I really can not thank her enough for her valiant efforts. If you want a true warrior who still maintains her humanity Jennefer Lowe should be your attorney of choice.

Our visit with Melissa was free 30 min consultation. Upon our visit we were kindly greeted. Waiting area was clean and cozy. Melissa introduced herself and lead us to her office. We began to explain our reason for our visit. Mean while constantly keeping an eye on the time. Being the fact this visit was very important. I was trying to maximize our time. Not sure if that was very noticeable or not but Melissa was very diligent in gathering all the information needed in order to determine if we had a case that she would be successful in. Before I knew it an hour had passed an our case was accepted. Definitely recommend setting an appointment and seeing were it goes....

Heather was wonderful! She was very patient with our multiple questions. She explained the Trust and what needed to be done. She's very friendly and extremely helpful with her legalize. It made our visit very pleasant for all of us. Thank you!
