I was referred to Rocky and his firm by a close personal friend after my son was killed in a Hazing death at Texas Tech in 2014. I spent almost 5 years working with Tim, Judy, Rocky, Orsen, Michele and Katie daily on my sons case. They were all very transparent in each phase and treated me with the upmost respect. They truly cared about what our family was going through during this tragedy. We got angry together and we cried together as we learned more and more about my sons final day. It’s hard to convey how much this firm, Rocky Walton and his entire team, has helped us. After a car accident, we found ourselves in a very difficult position with a serious health issue. After being hit by another car I thought I could handle the insurance companies by myself. Then I had a lien put against me from the hospital that treated me and my own health insurance plan. Mr. Walton and all his staff are great. My granddaughter and I were in a terrible car accident a little over a year ago and we needed someone to help us deal with the insurance company.
