I was hit from behind by a cell phone driver who was too busy looking at her phone than to notice that the traffic had come to a complete crawl on G Bush Turnpike. I suffered a severe neck injury. I contacted Rocky Walton and he and his staff went to work right away. I am very pleased with the outcome. His staff was courteous, understanding and patient throughout the whole process. I really appreciate the help I received.

My wife Rasme was broad sided in an auto accident and she was told about Mr Walton and I can honestly say he has a great staff and they fight hard for you. The only thing was sometimes they were a little slow responding to the insurance company at times but maybe it was a tactic. Either way we were handsomely rewarded thanks to Rocky Walton and his staff. I would highly recommend them. Ching ching!

Getting the doctor appointments for me and even helping me get an Uber when I needed a ride. After I was struck from behind on the highway, the at fault driver's insurance stated their algorithm determined there was no way I could be injured to the extent I was, due to the "minor" damage to my vehicle. Well, they were wrong. I had to undergoe major surgery to repair my neck. Rocky and his team took my case and collected the maximum compensation possible. He and his team took the stress off of me and my family. They handled every aspect from the beginning to the end, and kept me informed the entire time. He and his team are amazing at what they do, and we cannot thank them enough.

If you're looking for an attorney to get things done right Rocky is the one you want. I was rear-ended buy another car and hurt my lower back and end up needing back surgery. After being dropped from another attorney and being rejected by another both claiming that my case would be a hard one "do to due to a low impact accident." They just didn't want to do the work. Thankfully I found Rocky made an appointment with Michelle who by the way is extremely nice she helped me and every question that I had. I love how they always communicate with me and what was going on with my case. Their staff is really friendly and %100 professional. This firm came highly recommended by someone I know well who is a trusted professional and knows Rocky personally. From the time I entered the office and throughout the entire process I felt very well taken care of. Each of the staff: the legal secretary, the paralegal team, and the attorneys themselves, all provide a great service and are eager to help you each step of the way. I was unfortunately injured in not only one, but TWO motor vehicle accidents since moving back to Texas just 5 short years ago. Both accidents separately resulted in needing surgery, and not only were they sympathetic to my pain , they were readily available to address any questions or concerns that came up. They sent me the most GORGEOUS arrangement of flowers immediately following my first surgery that were waiting in my hospital room when I woke up.
