I highly recommend Lance if you are currently in a high conflict divorce/custody situation. I had a unique request that my initial divorce attorney unfortunately did not foresee with my initial custody agreement. Lance was very supportive and upfront with what he felt we could accomplish. He was very transparent with cost which was important. He was very prepared when we went to court and had a firm demeanor which is exactly what I needed. After we were successful in court he has still made himself available when I have had questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend Welch Law Firm.

Lance came to court highly prepared and blew the other attorney out of the water. He does not tell you what you want to hear just to take your money and convince you to go to court.
