When I decided I needed to file a bankruptcy, I did a lot of research through Hyatt Legal Services (Legal service through my employer) and Google. I decided to call Susan Taylor. That was the best thing I did. Hyatt helped with the costs of the attorney fees but I did a lot of research on other attorneys both in Hyatt and out. All the reviews and research pointed right back to Susan Taylor. She promptly took my call and scheduled an appointment. If you have ever filed for bankruptcy, you know you have to swallow your pride a bit. Susan and her staff were CARING, KIND, UNDERSTANDING, NON CONDESCENDING, and have a TRUE PASSION TO HELP. Whenever I talk to her, I feel very comfortable and don't feel as if I am talking to an attorney, but rather a trusted friend. She is top notch, she keeps you informed every step along the journey and is very accessible at all hours. Her Paralegal Melissa Luna is just awesome too. She is extremely versed in her practice and is just as down to earth as Susan is. If you decide you need a GREAT bankruptcy attorney, I highly recommend Susan Taylor and her staff. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. One last bonus, her office is in a really cool beautiful old Austin home that she will be happy to tell you the history of.

What can I say making this decision to file was not a very easy one to make given the circumstances given. I thought about it for a very long time until I finally made the decision to make an appt. to go see Susan. She was so compassionate and understanding towards my situation. She put me at ease and reassured me of all my concerns. I just finalized my BK and surprisingly it was an easy process thanks to Susan and her amazing paralegal Melissa. They both were on top of my case as if it was the only one they had, which I know that's not the case. If you are considering filing please go see Susan. She is definitely the go to lady for this as she is very experienced in this field. I am SO grateful to her and Melissa for all the work they put into my case. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!! 6 stars! I am very fortunate to have requested services from the Law Office of Susan G. Taylor. The entire staff is sympathetic and friendly. When I realized that Bankruptcy was my only option and that I had no money to even file, Ms. Taylor was kind enough to cover certain fees in order to begin my filing, allowing me to afford later fees. She could have easily turned me away while leaving me to the wolves of my creditors and my utilities being shut off, yet instead stuck by me through no personal gain ultimately saving residents and animals from the scorching Texas heat. I am grateful for the help this law office continues to show. The extremely capable assistant(s) were punctual and knowledgeable, aiding in an easy process. They care about veterans and any American that has fallen on hard times. Truly genuine individuals who view you as a person with a story and not a dollar sign.

I’ve only had my consultation with Ms. Taylor but I was so pleased with how it went. I was conflicted between contacting her or another attorney and chose Ms. Taylor based off of her reviews and the convenience of submitting a case online. I submitted our case review Monday evening and was contacted promptly Tuesday morning. Melissa scheduled a phone consultation with me for the following morning. Ms. Taylor made me feel at ease immediately upon hearing her voice. She was so pleasant and informative. She took her time with me and showed concern for me and my family’s situation.
