Susan Taylor is an outstanding attorney that came highly recommended to me by multiple clients as well as other attorneys in Austin. I personally have had seven different attorneys in Austin that handled different legal issues. None were as caring and professional as Susan Taylor. When people actually meet Susan in private life and professional life, they get the same caring and passionate person. These are attributes few attorneys share. Susan is very rude! not even allow me to explain my situation - she kept interrupt when i was talking. She even hang up on me. WHOA . 5/24/18 I must add the comments after her comments.... I called Susan to help with my case since she is listed on my legal plan with Hyatt Legal Services. After speaking with her for 2 days she passed me on to her assistant Melissa. Melissa was very rude and degrading once she found out I had an insurance plan with Hyatt Legal that they were contracted with and told me they no longer took "Chapter 13". I asked to pay for it out of pocket but they refused. I found out later that if they knew I was with Hyatt Service Plans they would be penalized for taking outside cases. It would have been nice to know two weeks ago when I started speaking with them about my case. This has now put me in a very bad situation.

I used her services in 2014. Really Good Top Notch knows what she is doing.
