I been dealing whit rank ivy more then 3 months and not once has he return my call . His assistant is really rude aswell , I only talk to him 2 time and then to time he has gave me attitude, and just tried to get me off the phone ASAP . Till this day I havnt had a update on the case . They have poor communication skills really unprofessional.....

I’m not from Austin and I was there for an interview and seven fortunate things happened in the evening that caused me to reach out and find an attorney I could trust. I pretty much went down the list of all the top rated attorneys in Austin and called them about four or five of them. Most of them threw outrageous prices out there right off the bat and didn’t even explain to me how they were to take care of my case. They walked me through the process they knew their stuff.
