Rick was very great and thorough from the start. He kept me up to date throughout the process and got a couple of my conditions reduced from what the court had wanted me to do originally. Not to mention, he is very affordable.

As soon as I consulted with Rick I knew he would do everything possible to make sure I got the best outcome with my case. I’m pleased with how he handled my case and eased any nerves I had regarding it. I am thankful for his help and would recommend him to anyone I know who is having legal troubles!

My husband hired Rick Flores for a DWI case. It was the best choice we could have made to help my husband. I plan on never having to use Rick again, however I will refer him to anyone that I come in contact with that needs a fantastic attorney. He worked hard to get my husbands case completed with no probation, no interlock and no fees. Two years ago when I was slapped with a DUI, I was scared. I was jailed on a Saturday night for the first time in my life and barely made it to work Monday morning, tired, groggy, and stressed. What if my manager found out? The entire week I was under immense pressure because I was sure my BAC was too high to save me and I was destined for a jail sentence. Every Google search about my situation added more and more terror, and none of the advertising lawyers on Google seemed capable. None of them, however, were Rick. I was referred to Rick by another lawyer (Tommy Shea) in another part of Texas whom a friend had hired for his own DUI, and who had his charges dismissed. After a short introductory call, Rick and I organized a time to meet and he quickly took on my case. I felt secure even before I met Rick. The combination of the referral and the phone call before our first meeting somehow soothed my troubled mind. That was two years ago. Paying Rick for his very reasonable services for a first time DUI was easily accomplished online. Rick managed to dismiss all charges without me ever having to attend a single court date. I was absolutely clueless on how to go about things legally, he made the process so incredibly easy to swallow and was beyond helpful and understanding. I've been to see this firm as an affiliated party or concerned individual to give observation on behalf of a defendant. I was very impressed by Mr Bassett's open mind; forgiving nature, clear divergence of thought in critical analysis, egalitarian principles, presence of mind, considerate manner and kind nature. He listened to me; a non expert witness of character, give my perception of a very complicated story for a good half hour. He did so with such an open and receptive fairness that if I were to ever need criminal representation; I would call no one else. Because his practice is without judgement; of empathy and would mount a defense that would truly represent my side of the story.
