I have found the best lawyer to have ever walked the earth. I came to Rick Flores in 2015 with multiple cases that were all dismissed. Start to finish and I am grateful to Rick for his promptness and his hustle to take care of his clients. I owe everything to him, the time and stress he has saved me is priceless.

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again make sure you call rick before calling anyone else. Rick is a great attorney he works til he gets the results his clients want he lays it out in front of you the good and the uneasy but he makes sure you’re in good hands. Perry Minton and Rick Flores were our attorneys for a criminal case with two felonies. Manslaughter and negligent homicide. Perry’s and Ricks patience with all the questions and many many late night calls, their expertise in the court room, their demeanor, their knowledge of the law, the way they explained the law to the jurors in terms they could understand was incredible !! Actively involved in negligently non-disclosing a near-decade of fraud to assist Alex "Sandy Hook" Jones, fabricated physical evidence and the fradulent (impeached by admission) "performance actor" argument that misleads America still. Penal Code and their duties as mandatory reporters; and tampering with child protective services investigations to fabricate false physical evidence. Assistive to criminal non-support. Got Alex Jones' DUI dismissed without hearing (shady privilege after he failed field sobriety test), fabricated a non-compliant/inadmissable drug test to assist their client to contempt. Assistive to numerous acts of contempt. Regular and ongoing misconduct. These people will lie about the truth they know and evidence they have to CPS, then say the CPS investigation was "ruled out." Alex Jones's co-conspirators directly involved in vexatious acts that have and continue to cause the Sandy Hook families injury, or Theft, Fraud, Conversion, Fraud on the Community etc. MBFC is an organized enterprise that funds its unlawful activities by destroying children's lives. They are serial wiretappers and candor violators who routinely lie in Court and push their weight around to get what they want, including their criminal clients off charges that no one else would escape if they did not have the money and power behind this firm. David Minton lied to CPS (while he had evidence to the contrary and facts of law to the contrary) to help Alex Jones, to leave kids in abuse. Nuff said. First, I want to say that this firm is a 5 Star law firm and it would be hard to go wrong with anyone. I decided to go with Rick Flores and he 100% did not disappoint. I did a lot of extensive research before I made the decision to have Rick represent me in the courtroom. Rick was amazing with handling everything that was thrown at him over the course of 4 years, handling multiple charges in multiple courtrooms. I would recommend Rick to anyone that has any legal issues and I also strongly believe he is arguably the best Criminal Defense Attorney in the Austin Metro and maybe in the State of Texas.
