During criminal case, Smith said my Class B conviction could be expunged, so no worries. Then after I paid him $1200 to expunge the Class B misdemeanor, he told me legal language was not clear if I could expunge and likely I would be unsuccessful. As attorney who later researched language on qualifications to expunge, it is crystal clear that one cannot expunge a criminal conviction in Texas unless it has been pardoned/overturned. The law was clear for some time before my case. I did not pursue expunction per Smith's recommendation, but Smith still kept my money.

I was referred to Tony by another attorney who highly recommended him. I was seeking help on several cases for my brother that had been lingering for more than 6 years. I have had many encounters with attorneys through the years. Sadly, due to their lack of honesty, integrity, & unethical behavior...I have grown to have a complete lack of respect for the vast majority of them.
