I had the privilege of working with Rachel Bethel for a few months. She took the time to explain case details and to make sure I was informed every step of the process. Jairo worked with me on a case and he was absolutely fantastic. His attention to detail and ability to help me through the process was really great. Can't say much except they responded promptly. But that's all I know. They don't deal with malpractice.

They have staff that cannot answer whether the firm takes the type of case, yet they want to charge you $150 to tell you. Very unprofessional.

They take your $250 deposit making you think you have a case all to tell you that you don’t as employers in Texas can do whatever they want to employees. Don’t waste your time with a lawyer especially these ones. They have several offices here in Austin. Dallas and Houston. Save your money if you live in Texas as we(employees) have no legal rights!!!!

I was next in line but apparently as soon as it's 6pm they just hang up on everyone. Great business tactic.
