I contacted the firm for a consultation. The person who booked my consult booked it as a Zoom meeting for 10:30 am when I had asked for an in-person appointment at 11:00. I received several inaccurate emails even after I called to correct the time. My appointment was with Colin Walsh. He was late for our meeting and appeared disheveled. During our conversation, he dropped the "f" bomb several times, which I consider offensive and extremely unprofessional. Mr. Walsh advised me that principle was not enough for him to take on my case. He seemed reluctant to take on a case against a large employer. Obviously, since I want aggressive representation, he was not the attorney for me. My consult was $250.00.

Spoke to attorney Jairo. He was informative and asked detailed questions about my concerns. This is the go-to law firm for employment related concerns. They speak Spanish which is a help for my family. Yes, they charge for the consult, no one should have a problem with this as no one should work for free. Habló con el abogado Jairo. Fue informativo e hizo preguntas detalladas sobre mis preocupaciones. Este es el bufete de abogados de referencia para las preocupaciones relacionadas con el empleo. Hablan español, lo cual es una ayuda para mi familia. Sí, cobran por la consulta, nadie debería tener un problema con esto ya que nadie debería trabajar gratis.

Definitely not an attorney to use. This attorney hides behind an administrative assistant, a non- lawyer, Alijah Johnson who refuses to pass relevant information to the attorney.

I'm inquiring, very prompt to set an appointment, I understand not doing the work for free. There is still several people who offer a free consultation. So now I'll be pursuing that route just to see what they can offer. Thanks this could be a great place, they were the fastest to reply, but also the fastest to tell you about there 250.00 consulting fee. If I do decide to use them after I exhausted all the free consultation, i'll update my post asap

The receptionist who took my call both times was extremely short, egregious, and arrogant. She was pushy and was more interested in receiving my $250.00 consultation fee than working with me to find a consultant time that would fit in my work schedule. I am disappointed that I didn’t get the chance to have one of their Austin lawyers look over the data of my case. More clients will be lost due to her poor customer service skills.

Jairo was very helpful and very clear in his handling of my case. Every question I had he answered clearly and definitely had my best interest in mind. He dealt with with the opposition fiercely and did not back down until he got me the best settlement possible. If you need representation please do yourself a favor and allow him to represent you.
