So, where do I start. I originally had a court appointed who I felt wasn’t doing the best for me. I looked into a few attorneys online and struggled to find a good one. Everyone told me there wasn’t much they could do for me until I came across Jason. I had 2 duis just weeks apart in Travis county so really I wasn’t expecting much out of it. Everyone was very welcoming and gave me hope. He was so positive. Jason definitely exceeded expectations. I couldn’t believe the outcome! One dismissed, monitor off, no jail time and no probation. Hello I am an army veteran that had been suffering from PTSD. I have found my self in some situations but this one had the opportunity to change my life not just for me but for my daughters. I had received my fourth dwi in kyle Tx that’s hays county. With Covid and loosing my grandmother it just took me to a different place. So it’s funny I googled lawyers and I came across mr. English. I read his reviews and it just felt right to me that he would be my angle. So I called and instantly in our fist meeting I knew god sent him to me. He was so supportive not judgmental and just truly cared about me and my girls.I was facing 10 years and expressed that that would brake me being away from my girls that long. He said I got you I will do everything in my power to help you but you have to do the work too. Never did I have someone say that so I knew I was in good hands. This man gave me hugs told me he believes in me and if I need him he would be there and he was. After everything was said and done no jail and just have to do what I need to do like don’t drink and just live my life. They gave me my life back. Going back to school and looking forward to my future now and it wouldn’t be possible with out them. There is one other person that I need to mention and her name is Beth. This woman treated me like a son like family even when I let her down she still was there never stopped fighting for me. I truly owe here my life and she might not ever know how much she means to me I just want to say thank you Beth. If you need a law firm this is it I promise you won’t be disappointed. Well I got a possession of controlled substance charge. Not sure exactly how my stepdad found Jason English's firm but he did and after a little research decided to go with him. I don't know for sure but initially Jason didn't have a whole lot to say. But now looking back I think he had a plan from about 30 minutes after talking to him until the case was rejected by the DA and it was over. It only took about three or four months to resolve my case when I thought it was going to take maybe a year or better. All I can say is Jason's firm met all my expectations and handled the case professionally while communicating throughout the process and I couldn't be happier with their service. Thanks.

One of the best decisions of my life was to hire Jason English and his team. We had no experience with the criminal law process and so grateful that Jason knew so much. My son had made some bad choices with online solicitation and was looking at very significant time in prison and had charges in two different counties, Hays and Williamson. There were many challenges with the case and Jason navigated them all. One example is that he put us in touch with a mitigation expert to gather some physiological evaluations to bolster the defense. That was absolutely brilliant. His partner, Beth Payan, is also super great to work with. She is a fantastic communicator and provided us with fast answers to questions we had. In the end Jason was able to get one case dismissed and the other case, which started with discussions of 20 years or more in prison, down to 29 days in county jail. I very highly recommend Jason and his team!!!. His magnificent work, dedication to the case and end result made a significant positive impact to our lives and we will be forever grateful.
