My wife and I got the help we needed from Jim after our auto accident. We were initially pressured by the insurance company to settle for their amount, but Jim stepped in and walked us through the process. Jim was very up front about everything that was happening during the course of our claim and was willing to go into as much detail as necessary to explain what he was doing and what the law said as well. He was also able to negotiate with the insurance company. All of our medical expenses were covered in the end and we didn't need to pay anything out of pocket, which was my goal from the start. In my experience with Jim, it is evident that he knows the law and knows how to fight for clients against the insurance companies.
