My wife and I were very pleased with the services provided by Jim Terry of Terry, Simon & Kelly, PLLC in assisting us with her motor vehicle injury accident . He was extremely professional and kept us up-to-date with the progress. Jim took the time to help us to understand the circumstances and legal considerations of our case. In the end our settlement exceeded the goal I had hoped he would help us to achieve.

Jim helped me with a car accident in which my car was totaled and I was injured. He made what could have been a very time-consuming, messy process seamless! He also made sure my insurance company took care of me.

Jim helped me out with a theft case. He was great with letting me know all of my options and following up with at all stages. I loved the fact at the end, he donated a small percentage of his fees to a local charity. Great job!

After being suddenly terminated from my employer ( a non-profit school) while 8 months pregnant, I met with Jim Terry. After our meeting, he agreed to represent me in a lawsuit against my former employer. 7 months later , and right before the 90 day limit on filing a lawsuit was due, he informed me that he was disengaging as my attorney. The reason he cited was that because my employer is a non-profit organization and he is working on a contingency basis, his expected profit wasn't good enough. From the moment I first met with him, Jim Terry was kind, considerate, willing to fight for me. It was all an act. I do not recommend this attorney.

Jim always explained everything to me before he made a move on my settlement. He was knowledgeable and honest about how long everything would take. I felt comfortable asking him questions and never felt like he was taking advantage of my situation. He is a great lawyer and I would refer him to anyone!
