Young , alone and beyond scared describes everything about my experience BEFORE consulting with James Fletcher. After our consultation, not only was I certain that I wanted him to be my lawyer, but in doing so, it marked the last day of my worries. James was not only diligent and assertive, but he showed admirable empathy when it came to dealing with me and my case. Going through the justice system has a way of making an individual feel down on themselves and at times the severity of the situation can feel overwhelming. James Fletcher was there every step of the way and from very early on, I knew my case was in great hands. Being a first time offender, I can tell you the level of uncertainty was baffling, but Mr. Fletcher not only explained everything thoroughly, he really dedicated himself to making sure I received the best outcome possible. After a couple months of dealing with having to go to court, James came back with a verdict that proved to be the solution I'd been searching for. I participated in something known as the "First Offenders program" which ultimately proved to be a benefiting experience and something I took a lot.... and soon after, my case was dismissed . Above all, I would describe Mr. Fletcher as hard working, approachable, and super professional. The most memorable thing about Mr. Fletcher was how he and his team went above and beyond to make sure that what was a young college student who made a mistake; That he got to learn from it, and become better for it. Thank you James, believe me that you are at the top of my list for anyone who ever needs legal help. 5 Stars all the way (would give you 6, or 7 if I could)

James certainly knows his stuff. I was a little nervous at first, but he worked his magic and represented me better than I expected. You won't be disappointed with his work or his knowledge of the law!

James has gone above and beyond to make sure I've gotten the best outcome of this terrible experience. He is extremely responsive and has kept me informed and at ease during this entire experience. Having never been in any kind of trouble in my life, getting a DWI was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Ironically enough, the DWI came from having a few too many on the anniversary of another really difficult event in my life. So for me, it was a double whammy. It was the lowest point in my life. I have never been so ashamed and so embarrassed. James was a life saver, literally. He was so nice, never judgemental at all. He sees people at their worst, every day. To be able to stay humble and not get desensitized from that is a true gift. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone who ever needed help in a situation like that. James was able to get my charges dismissed and I was able to move away from that nightmare with my head held high and a huge weight off my shoulders and my life. I am extremely grateful to have found him.

Mr. Fletcher represented me in criminal court on a weapons charge that would have put me in jail and got me a big fine had he not pushed hard for dismissal due to a tiny technical error on the police department's end. My case has been dismissed and I could not be happier with the outcome.

After receiving my third DWI, but the first with alcohol in my system, I was absolutely terrified. Yes the first two had no alcohol and I wish I had found James for both of those. Upon taking my case, James said to be patient and not worry. This is his job and he was with me every step of the way. As the case progressed, I was well under the limit but the prosecutor still felt there was a case. Probation was offered but James would say it was his legal obligation to to me the offer. Yeah right like I was going to accept anything less than a dismissal. My case was set for trial and I became a bit worried but as always, James and his poker face were not deterred. He kept reassuring me that he was working from and would do everything possible to obtain a dismissal or not guilty. Well after 15 months the day before the trial, I received my dismissal.
