I am so grateful my brother Doug had such outstanding representation for his DWI. His breath test was over a .15, but because the officers didn't do the SFST's correctly, did not obtain a scene video and did not get extrapolation facts, they could NOT say he was intoxicated at the time of driving. James was supportive, answered all of my families questions and went above beyond for us.
