Susan is extremely unprofessional. She never answers phone calls. I had paid for a bankruptcy last year and I called MANY times to ask her for an update. Her secretary said she'd call me right back and she never does. It's been a year and she has made no progress on my case, and has completely dodged me. Basically, she took my money and ran. I highly recommend not trusting her with your finances. I regret doing so.

DO NOT HIRE HER!!! She made me pay in full immediately, did absolutely nothing on my case, and then “terminated” me and my payment (a cashiers check). She has not refunded me nor will her office return my calls or emails. She is a TERRIBLE lawyer, completely incompetent, a thief and sounds like she is super pilled out at all times.
