Mrs Taylor, Is a caring compassionate Woman that is professional but also takes the time to hear the families hardships and their need for help. She sees more than just a fninancial issue she sees the needs of the families and works hard to assist the clients she works with each day. Although not personally a client of Susan G. Taylor, I have been able to observe some of her interactions with her clients. I am constantly impressed by the attention she shows each individual, far above and beyond a typical client-attorney relationship. Bankruptcy is a stressful process, yet one that requires a lot of detailed analysis at a time when emotions and distractions can be overwhelming. Ms. Taylor is adept at helping her clients understand and evaluate all their options and in counseling them through the process, even while keeping the process very affordable. It was mortifying to have to file Bankruptcy for my mother in the first place, but Susan G. Taylor was sympathetic and she didn't make us feel shameful. She was very matter of fact about the whole thing and was very reassuring. Sometimes you just need a comforting person to help you through this whole thing, and she was definitely it.
