If you are in need of bankruptcy assistance, Susan is the person to call. She and her assistant Rebecca made a confusing and stressful process easy to understand and reassured me every step of the way that I would get through it, and they were there to help. They are extremely flexible with their time, and very reasonably priced. More importantly, they care about their clients and are always available to answer a question, no matter how trivial it may be. I called several other attorneys before contacting Susan, and she was the first to get back with me and arrange a time to discuss my situation and needs. Susan and Rebecca walked me through the entire process, from start to finish, and even followed up after discharge to see if I had any questions. Although Susan was not able to help me out (I was not qualified for Chapter 7) she still spent over an hour of her time during our free initial consultation and went over other options and made some very helpful recommendations. She did not have to do al that but she did.

Called to ask a general question about a "Judgement". Even thought I did not use Susan, I received some great tips from her legal assistant on what to do for starters before looking into hiring an attorney. If you are contemplating bankruptcy I urge you to talk to Susan Taylor. Susan and her team are compassionate yet extremely efficient and move the process along with lightening speed. Susan takes the lead on all cases so you won't be shuffled off to a young associate as you are in some big law firms. I'm not one to write reviews of businesses, but I was so pleased with Susan and Rebecca's help! I highly recommend Susan's office for your bankruptcy needs. They made a very stressful process flow smoothly and was available to answer any questions.
