Texas Trust Law is the Lexus (high quality and luxury) of will and trusts. They have a huge standardized body of literally everything. Health care, a huge dependent care section, guardians, financial trustees. They will put all your assets into trusts for you which is a huge pain. They meet with you every year to update your trusts (new accounts, new assets, new guardians etc). They also update your trust on a 3 year cycle to take into account the most recent cases. The hardest part of a trust is taking the time to keep things updated. TTL takes care of that. As I said they are not the company get gives you a $500 will and trust.

We have been very pleased working Texas Trust Law. Instead of a quick, one size fits all document, they took the time to tailor our estate planning to our needs. While planning for the distribution of assets is important, we also spent a lot of time discussing, in detail, medical and financial planning in the event we were no longer able to make those decisions. Brad Wiewel and Melissa Donovan were wonderful to work with, and we appreciated Sharon Boone's help in dealing with our trust details. As part of our service, our sons also were also invited to meet the staff and review the documents that they will be tasked to deal with when we are gone. The firm offers a wonderful education service with their weekly newsletter and occasional YouTube updates. We also chose to participate in their Life Planning program, ensuring that our plan and documents are updated periodically instead of just collecting dust. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who wants personalized estate planning, follow through, and a firm that will help those left behind to navigate the legalities with a minimum of stress and confusion.

Nine years ago our family looked to Texas Trust Law for estate planning. At the time we had children and a budding financial portfolio. Our goal was peace of mind over family and medical matters should something happen. We found that with Brad Wiewel and his team. They worked with us to develop a practical and thoughtful plan that provides definitive answers to difficult medical scenarios, end-of-life questions and division of assets. We have experienced changes over the years which makes us happy we took advantage of the Texas Trust Law Life Planning legal services program. While adjustments can be made to our Life Planning throughout the year, the program specifically prompts review of health care directives in the first year, asset alignment in the second and then a complete review and revision of the plan in year three. As family and financial situations change, we take comfort in knowing that we have a plan in place and the support and assistance of Texas Trust Law. Trust me, you want this man on your side. I had a case that had put me on a two year workmens comp. Time was about to expire to start a lawsuit. The other party was saying how the accident was at my negligence and that I did not have a case. I called up Mr Aaron at Aaron Allison law and he told me I definitely have a case against this third party. With time running out he quickly drew up a suit sent it out to this third party and the rest is history. He got me my settlement for their negligence not mine. In the end Aaron finished the job with the settlement with a quick turn around. So don't ever take what other people say until you talk to this man. He is a rockstar in my book! Thanks again Sir!
