We have been very happy with the legal advice of Texas Trust for our estate planning needs. Not only is Brad and his team up to the minute informed on legal matters, but their personal approach makes this sensitive life issue so much easier to address and make decisions.

With Tx Trust Law my wife and I experienced a thoroughly professional firm fixated on the needs of their clients. Brad, Melissa, and Rob were generous with their time and went out of their way to fulfill their promise of explaining every step of the trust we sought to put in place for our family. I highly recommend this peerless law firm and we could not be happier with our decision to have our family trust organized and accredited by Tx Trust Law...thank you Brad and co.!

Brad helped my parents to set up their revocable trust in 2010. They passed away, six days apart, in 2012. The work to set up the trust was worth every minute and the cost was very reasonable for all the work and final result. Zack recently helped my husband and I to be certain that our estate paperwork is in order for our family. I highly appreciate their reasonable costs and courtesy throughout the process. Their ethics and principles are obvious. I have recommended them to several friends.

Aaron Allison took my case after a chiropractor who was assigned by the state of Texas as the "Designated Doctor" gave me a MMI and Impairment Rating. What was so mind boggling was that I was still in physical therapy for my shoulder when I had to see him. I suffered a torn rotator cuff on the job but the chiropractor who is not a MD wrote in his report that I do not need surgery to repair my shoulder (he claimed it was a shoulder strain) even though my physician (an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in elbow and shoulder surgeries and approved by the insurance company) had made it clear I was a candidate for surgery. Mr. Allison represented me from May of 2022 until November of 2022 when we went in front of a so-called "Administrative Law Judge" who works for the Texas Department of Insurance (Division of Workers' Compensation). Mr. Allison did everything and beyond to prove my case. We had all the documentation including the MRI results that I had to pay for. I really felt good after the hearing because we proved everything beyond the shadow of doubt. However, the administrative judge took the recommendation of a chiropractor (who never looked at the MRI results) over my physician who happens to be an expert and specialist in elbow and shoulder orthopedics for The Carrell Clinic who happens to perform surgeries for the Dallas Cowboys. Mr. Allison had warned me from the very beginning that Texas' Workers' Compensation Law is perhaps the worst in the nation when he took up my case. Aaron will bend over backwards to help you anyway he can. His knowledge of the Workers' Compensation law is second to none as far as I am concerned. He gave my wife and I the history and structure of Texas' Workers' Compensation Law and answered pretty much all our questions before we even asked him. He was always available when I had any questions and he made me feel at ease. He may not like this description of him but I told him he really is a crusader for the working people and it's a shame there aren't more like him. If you have been injured, please contact him - he will fight for you. Thank you Aaron for everything you did for me.
