After meeting with 3 attorneys regarding an employment issue; I felt that Brett Beeler was the best choice based on his experience and the obvious interest he expressed during our initial meeting. I felt he asked the right questions at our initial meeting which demonstrated that he wanted to fully understand my situation. He agreed to represent me and I felt very comfortable agreeing to his fees and contingency agreement so I hired him. He handled all the filings with the EEOC promptly and professionally. The wheels at the EEOC turn slowly but once that process was completed, Brett proceeded to negotiate with my employer and their lawyer with urgency and again very professionally. Brett secured a settlement with my former employer which I was very happy with. When I decided to use them I got Megan and she was amazing, she filled me in once a week with either a call or email. We got everything settled and done within 4 months. Reality check. I never would have thought the day would come that I would need an employment lawyer. When it did, I could not have been more blessed when I was referred to Charles to represent my case for Over-time (FLSA), Age Discrimination and Gender Discrimination. He was ready, willing and much more than capable to represent me. I live a couple hundred miles from his offic, so during a scheduled trip, planned prior to my case, he took personal time out to meet me and discuss the case. Totally not expected, I had planned to drive to his office. From our introduction phone call to the settlement of the case I felt I was always a priority and not a bother or just another client. I was always kept abreast of every step in the process and every decision/option available for each decision that was needed to be made. I appreciate Charles communicating in total honesty, even when it was not an easy conversation for us to have. I greatly respect his matter a fact approach even though it was not always enjoyable. It did allow me to maintain realistic expectations. Resulting in a very positive and satisfying outcome for myself. I see great review and I believe the firm is great bit I give One star because the lady who answers the phone, either must be new or just has no clue what services they offer. She had to put me on hold to ask everything . Then whoever she asked i think got irritated because she came back and said,"Please continue to search for representation".Dissapointed .I have had better phone service from a 3rd world non English speeking country phone support.
