Mr. Charles Scalise represented me because my employer failed to pay over-time wages. What impressed me most was that Mr. Scalise was such an excellent communicator. He outlined the process, expectations and throughout the process answered questions and never once appeared too busy! He always took my calls even though I knew he must have been busy. Equally as impressive was his legal knowledge and experience. Mr. Scalise delivered strategic advice as well as intelligent litigation. Without a doubt I felt confident that I was in good hands. He was always open and honest with me and didn't tell me what I wanted to hear. He stood by me when the other side tried to push back and I was most appreciative that he allowed me to provide input and details to counter inaccurate accusations. It was that collaborative partnership that not only made me feel involved, kept me informed but provided me with a greater appreciation for his aggressive litigation! Charles provided solid advice and exposed two items not previously understood. His certification in both Florida and Texas allowed a unique perspective and value give apposing council's location in Florida. Despite a small scope of work, I found Charles to be accessible, responsive and refreshingly fair in his rates and time billed.

After consulting with 2 different lawyers here in the Dallas Ft Worth area an not getting anywhere we contacted the Ross Law Group via a recommendation of my brother. Charles was a great lawyer. Him and Maria both kept me informed, and always had time for me when i called even if they had no news at all to update me with. The process seemed long, but it really was not. He is very personable, and seems like he was more in it for me then he was for his firm. I spoke to literally dozens of attorneys who supposedly practice employment law and found that in most cases I knew more about the law applicable to my case (wage and hour) than they did. Than I found Charles. Long story short, we settled the case for an amount that was fair, and all sides can move on now.
