I was laid off for the first time in my life. It was completely unexpected and I felt unjustified. I promptly wanted to know my options. I found Nicole's information and quickly made an appointment. She reviewed my separation agreement and discussed with me the path's I had in front of me. Her guidance and knowledge really helped me identify the best path for me. She was up front and honest and it really made a bad situation feel like a positive one.

This might seem a bit uncouth, but I mean this with the highest praise: Nicole Conger is a bad b*tch. That's the only way I can think of to describe her. She knows her stuff and doesn't mess around. I would absolutely hate to be the opposing counsel who made the mistake of discounting her as just a pretty face. I called Nicole to talk to her about an issue. It was 4:30 in the afternoon. She insisted I come in that day after her next meeting and she said she didn't mind staying late. I arrived at 6:00 and the office was locked up. The last stragglers were leaving for the day. Nicole stayed and spoke with me until almost 8:30 at night. I can't tell you how much her time and thoughtfulness and guidance helped me.
