Great law team and very hands on, personable staff and professional as well as diligent. A firm you can count on in the crunch. This team was the right decision when I needed it.

Brian was hired to take on my case, which he pushed back so many times , I looked up and three years had passed. The communication was absolutely POOR . He confused my case with another persons case literally the day before court. He would bounce from being seemingly confident and professional to extremely rude, short and snappy… And that’s if you were to get in touch with him after having to reach out multiple times. My final straw with him was when he reassured me not to show up for court as I live out of state and that he would show up for me. I then received a message that there was a warrant for my arrest due to not showing up…WOW! He dropped the ball again and then of course blamed me. The funny part is he then told me that I need to pay him more money to continue on representing me… As though he had done that to begin with lol! He was my worst experience ever with a lawyer, I had never experienced such unprofessionalism in my entire life. If I could do it all over again I would save my money. Funny enough the money that he told me that I needed to pay him to continue with my case… I took it to another lawyer who got my case dismissed in less than a month. So I guess all in all the lesson was learned and it worked out in my favor.

Very unprofessional and he does not respond to emails, texts, or phone calls. He had created an app called the Cleo app which was suppose to help with communication holes; however his assistant literally told me that he had blocked me thinking it was another client. WOW??!! Really??!! This was my first experience with a lawyer, and I should have done my research. I paid everything in full for a simple non contested divorce and child support orders. This was over 4 yrs ago. I understood with COVID and everything; however this man along with anyone that he had working for him (he’s gone through at least four assistants) would dodge me or give me limited contact to keep me at bay. I finally got fed up, and reporter him to the state bar. This has also been a headache, but I’m not giving up! I’m not the only one that has reported him. How does he still practice? He is basically stealing from people. He would probably be a good criminal lawyer since he seems to be one himself. If you want to give money to this crook you might as well give it to a good charity. I can’t believe this guy is still in business. I really hope someone stops this guy! Or maybe karma will get him.

Over the years i have used Brian Bernard and i can Honestly say that he was all for working for me and not against me even when times was hard because my situation was hard Brian Bernard still goes beyond to do his best and he does not give up on you. If he dont text you just know he is working to come up with the best deal he will not give up. Brian and his wife i will never forget them i love them. Highly recommend Bernard & associates for your counseling needs. He helped my daughter when we had lost all hope. Him and his assistant Lawrence were very helpful and always were available when I had questions or concerns. They helped ease this worried mama’s mind and heart. Forever thankful for their office.
