This would have been a 5/5 experience if I hadn’t had my case manager changed abruptly and without notice after working with them for over six months. When I reached out to my original case manager for an update, I was informed I had been assigned to someone new. Unfortunately, the new case manager seemed to overlook or misunderstand the information I had already provided, leading to a lot of confusion. After countless emails trying to clarify things, I’m feeling exhausted and frustrated. It makes me wonder why I wouldn’t just handle things on my own if communication is going to be this difficult.
