He did not do any preparation prior to mediation. His team showed up and did not have any of the paperwork that had been completed and turned in weeks ago. His practice is refusing to produce an invoice to show how the money paid to them was appropriated. His staff said that he was not going to be present because he was in court all day, but since mediation was over zoom from their office, he was seen in the office spaces conversating with others. They are liars and cheats. They need to return what was paid to them in order to make this right.

I found this law firm in a desperate google search, and I’m so glad I did. Jesus worked with me and helped calm my fear and anxiety going into this process and throughout. Heather helped keep me in the loop and let me know what steps where being taken along the way and what I could expect one way or another throughout the serving and court date processes. I had total confidence in them and their ability to have a successful outcome and help me to reclaim my name and life back I am very grateful for their hard work and for the time they took to help me feel at ease and secure in their abilities to get the outcome I wanted. Thank you Eric Willie and Team! I cannot tell you the overwhelming feeling I felt when Eric said "you won." It was like a damn broke as I wept for joy. Relieved that it was over, I am beyond grateful to God for his goodness and for the way He used Eric and his team! In divorce it feels like everyone loses. However, when it comes to protecting the kids one side can clearly win. But, even in Texas it can be difficult for the man to win. Not only did I win primary custody of both minors, but more importantly, my older minor child won the right to decide when and if he goes, which is rare in any state. I also won sole residency which in my case was critical. I cannot thank Eric and his team enough! This was a very long custody battle that was delayed multiple times due to circumstances outside of our control. Add Covid to the mix and all normalcy goes out the window. The legal climate was new for everyone. From in person, to virtual to all the ups and downs, Eric and his team were there for me and my kids every step of the way. The way that Eric handled my witnesses was impressive. Even more impressive was the way he fought for me and was tough on the opposing side. Regarding one opposing witness, he objected what felt like 10 times and the judge sustained what felt like 9 times, even thanking Eric for helping him "get through it." Wow. I have never heard or witnessed such command of an opposing witness. Eric would not let any of the opposing side off the hook, often circling back to ask the same question which reinforced the invalidity of the defense. From the Pre-trial, to the Final hearing, Eric knew the main judge and the visiting judge. You could tell they had a good report which is critical in any heavily contested legal matter. Eric was also very familiar with the opposing attorney. You have to know what you are up against. Eric did. Eric gave strong recommendations but was open to push back even though in hindsight he was right. He was strong in is convictions but flexible in listening to mine. Jesus really came through for me and my kids. His professionalism, promptness, and empathy were a much appreciated change from my previous attorney. It's good to know my kids and I weren't just another "case" to him.

Horrible service from Jesus. Hired him to do my CPS case and he did absolutely nothing to help me gain custody back of my kids. In addition, it would take him a minimum of 3 weeks to return my calls or emails. When he says he’s going to call you he never does but always has an excuse Makes false promises! Not dependable, constantly calls off work for way too many personal matters. Has no idea what he is doing, if he can be a lawyer anyone else can too without law school! 1 star for the nice office space!!

The right man for the job! We have used Mr. Willie twice now. Finding yourself in a custody case is a scary place to be. Initially we chose Mr. Willie because the phone consultation was free and he was kind enough to listen and give us some guidance. The first call to his office was twelve years ago.
