Specifically, they did not give me false hopes, or promises but helped me resolve my case through mediation to avoid both a costly and emotionally extended trial. Their communications, document preparations and representation succinct, nothing extraneous. Their team knows the law of the land, the tendencies of the opposing counsels, and they work with a highly qualified mediator. Their paralegal offered emotional support in moments when it all seemed too much to carry. The entire experience was both professional and personaI. The outcome, the best that one could expect with a spouse who promised “you will get nothing”. Due to COVID, I worked with both Eric Willie and and Jesus Aguirre remotely. Its strange to get divorced by Zoom, but I did not feel that the virtuality negatively effected my case.
