I don't even know where to begin with this review. Christian is just amazing. She is genuine and truly cares about her clients and their case. I could not have asked for a better attorney to work with. I HIGHLY suggest Christian and will continue to use her in the future.

Christian was the best attorney, she heard what my concerns were, then advised me on what was best for my son. She understood my entire long and complex custody battle. Christian was professional, she was an expert on TX laws and most importantly connected with me and my sons case. Again, she is the BEST, and if I ever need a lawyer again she will be the one that I call. Her staff was very helpful too.

Christian was an excellent divorce attorney. Her very pragmatic approach really brought a contentious situation to a clean and fair ending. She's fair about billing. Always has great advice and is just pleasant and calming to work with. Hire her if you want to AVOID a nasty long drawn out process.

In a bad situation, Christian helped me see the light in things. I had been fighting for custody of my child for years and was actually starting to give up hope. I was coming to the realization that I may never get to see my child. Until Christian represented me!! The day I had court, Christian spoke for me, she stood up and represented me when the opposing lawyer was basically trying to deny me from extending and exercising my visitation rights with my child. Christian didn't give up, we didn't leave the court room until Christian and I were satisfied. We won on all our motions. A month later we had mediation, it took us 10 long hours to come up with an agreement, but Mrs. Smith fought even harder at mediation, she and I were not going to settle with anything less than what I deserved. I ended up getting half and half visitation, which was what I wanted, and much better than what I had in my original order. Hiring Christian was the best thing I could've ever done, she ended up getting me more time with my child and for that I will forever be grateful. Mrs. Smith is still my lawyer after the settlement and she will always be my lawyer!! She is a very headstrong person and doesn't back down easy, but she is also very compassionate and understanding. She fought for me, and it felt great to have not only someone on my side to help me be involved in my child's life, also she saw how my child's father and his lawyer had been treating me throughout the years and wanted to put a stop to it. She has had my back since this started and hands down I have hired board certified lawyers before and she is still the best from my past experience. Christian is a great attorney she represented me in a child custody/divorce case.  She always kept me up to date on my case.  She spent hours preparing for trial and preparing me for trial.  Christian kept my best interest in mind throughout the whole process.  My military retirement was at stake and Christian fought hard for me to keep all of it.  Christian is very knowledge in child custody/divorce laws.  I am extremely happy to have had Christian as my attorney in this case.  Anyone that needs an attorney for child custody or divorce I highly recommend Christian Smith.
