After going through a difficult divorce dispute for almost 3 years my previous attorney was not quite getting the job done. Looking for a new attorney I hired Christian Smith from Brandon Bledsoe Law office I can honestly say she is an awesome very professional attorney. She move things quickly and she's very aggressive in a very professional manner I received justice within four-month max, she communicated with me every step of the way and helped me understand things I did not and I received a great outcome out of my divorce. I hired Christian to work a prenuptial agreement for my marriage. When I first consulted with Christian she was very easy to talk to and completely understood what I was looking for and what wanted to protect. She was very easy to work with, she was very responsive to all my calls and emails, anytime I had a question about a process or what was the next step in the negation process she was the most helpful person to talk to during the whole process. I felt a lot more confident with her representing me and my interest and when I walked out of the negations with Christian as my guide this process, I felt so my better! She is an absolute rock star! Christian Smith is simply amazing. She stood next to me in court and accomplished something that most people would consider not likely at all. Her professionalism, attention to detail, resourcefulness and determination to do what was right for my children resulted in an enormous success story. During the course of our case, we faced several obstacles and complications. Imagine attempting to gain custody of five children from a mother in Texas while living out of state, with CPS involved and making a terrible mess of things. Christian demonstrated resilience and continued to make forward progress despite the challenges. The result was being awarded sole custody with exclusive rights of all five children! I imagine a large majority of family attorneys go their entire career without achieving a goal of this magnitude or complexity, Christian has. My children are now in a safe, stable and loving environment as a direct result of her efforts and abilities. I feel personally indebted to her for making this difference in my children's lives and would very highly recommend her services!

I had a relatively simple child support/retroactive child support case (the other side was only fighting retroactive child support, wanted to enforce a ridiculous geographic restriction, and educational rights) that ended up not being so simple when the other side stopped responding after the final hearing so getting the final order ended up being a bit of an ordeal. I was definitely happy with the outcome (additional child support ordered in lieu of retro, no limiting geographical restriction) and Christian drafted the order so that if certain things change (school, etc) we won’t have to end up back in court to clarify schedules, etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again in the future if for some reason something needed to be modified, she was easy to work with and quick to respond whenever I had questions.
