WOW! What a GREAT experience we had with Watters International, and our agent Dawn McCourry was fantastic! Dawn gave us great advice and counsel on what to focus on first, how to prep our home for sale, and was super accessible for the many, many questions we had along the way. She was really helpful, resourceful, well versed on so many large and small details, and made it feel like we were working with family. She took exceptional care of us as we sold the home we lived in for over 23 years. In less than a week, we had multiple offers, and Dawn laid out the comparison of each one for us. Once we made our selection, she helped us to finalize and close the transaction quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Watters International Realty to anyone, and would DEFINITELY tell them to ask for Dawn. Our experience could not have been better!

Shelly Breidenbach from Watters International was our (buyer) agent. We had been working together on a very competitive Austin market for the last 8 months. She has been relentless in finding us a house that met our needs and with in our budget. She was very quick to arrange showings on short notice, very prompt on appointments and knowledgeable in the area. She sent us market analysis for various Austin suburbs that really helped narrow down to a handful of locations to concentrate. She showed us the sale price comps and rental comps for every house we looked at. We wrote multiple offers over the last few months and never once did she hesitate even when we know were competing against multiple buyers. I think the key for me is this: Even in a competitive market where multiple offers above the listing price is common, Shelly was more grounded to what the real appraisal value of the house would be. She was spot on every time in her projection of what the appraised value would be for a property. This really helped me as a buyer, not get carried away by the market pressures when we are putting offers. As expected our final offer was inline with the appraised value of the property, saving us upfront costs on our investment property. Highly recommend Shelly. She will go above and beyond your expectations.

We were so pleased with Renee and the whole Watters team that helped with getting our house sold. We had offers right away and were able to sell it quickly. It took a little bit of time for us to get prepared to list the house because like everyone, we had so much going on in our life that we had a hard time finding time to downsize and make the inside presentable.
