Prompt and on top of it! Amazing communication, I never did not know where we were at in the process and handles business for the best of the client.

I have to say, working with Watters International Realty has been a total pleasure. First, our real estate agent Matthew Morales, was the most professional and attentive agent. He called, text, and was always in communication with us. He had to deal with two different personalities my husband and mine and he handled like a true professional. He walked us through the process and told us what to expect. He was just the best and my husband and I truly appreciated his services. Kudos Matthew Morales we really did appreciate your services! Now Matthew didn't do it alone. He had an amazing team to support him. From the photographer, to the website professional and the administrative staff, everyone was amazing! That is why in three (3) days we sold our house way above asking price. It was the most stress free process. I just really appreciate everyone efforts to make this happen. But with out Matthew Morales this wouldn't have happened.

Bryce was the agent that listed our home and he was so great with communicating to us what the process was going to look like as well as what we needed to do. Rhonda Pineda helped us sell our home, she is amazing! she walked us through the process, happily answered my million questions, (even when I would ask the same ones over and over), and was always available to us. Rhonda was empathetic to the stresses of the home selling process and knowledgeable, she made the process much easier for us and stood up for what we needed. She had insight we needed and helped talk us through our options so we made decisions we were confident in. I highly recommend the Watters team and Rhonda and would happily use them again in the future ☺️
