Juana Palacios is an excellent realtor when it comes to helping you find your next home or an investment property, especially when you are out of state and in the middle of a pandemic. We met while looking for one of the Watters property listings and she started helping us selflessly without any added pressure of closing every deal. She has a good sense of the market in the Austin neighborhood and very prompt in responding. She did several video conferencing calls to give a walk-through of properties we like using zoom. Juana has access to all the state of the arts tools to get disclosures, comps to create competitive offers and send them to seller’s agents in a timely manner. Juana's network is excellent! She provided us with a complete package deal from loan agent, homeowner insurance to property management who all provided excellent service in closing the deal. Keri Mohler at Watters International was terrific! She was responsive to my questions, sent me listings relevant to my criteria, didn't try to convince me to buy out of my range or settle for something I didn't like. I would gladly use her services again in the future.

Working with Jay Brandes to buy our first home has been a wonderful experience! He has been super helpful during the process -- which has had added difficulties while buying from out of state during a pandemic -- and stays on top of everything. He's really knowledgable, checks in frequently, and makes sure there are no unwanted surprises. I've been told that buying a home is one of the most stressful things a person can go through, but with Jay it's been very smooth! I thank my lucky stars that he's our realtor. It was such a delight to work with Keri Mohler. We first went with Redfin to sell our home and it sat on the market for almost 3 months in the Austin area which is almost unheard of in the current market. Keri kindly reached out to me and ask to let her know if we needed anything. We decided to make the switch and go with her. She quickly had our house back on the market and we had multiple offers in a little under 2 weeks! She helped us sell our house and purchase a new one in under a month. Susan Sawyer was very patient and encouraging with us as we made the decision to buy a lot.She researched current development issues in the area and found answers to the immediate questions we had about building there. She guided us through the buying process when we made our final decision and helped with advice and relevant information. All in all, I would say she made our land purchase not only doable but fun as well.

Chris Watters had a house listed in my neighborhood. I called to get an appointment to tour the house and he refused to show it unless I signed a buyer's agent agreement with his partner. Furthermore he listed the house at %40 over market and ended up selling it for under market and less than what I would have offered. He didn't serve his client well at all. Absolutely don't use this firm.

Dawn McCourry was great to work with. She made buying our land easy. We would definitely recommend using her.
