I have nothing but good things to say about this company as a whole. April Harvell helped my buy my first home! I had absolutely no experience or knowledge in real estate or what goes into to buying and owning a home. April was very patient and honest with me, and walked me through every step to make sure I always had a clear understanding of where my money was going, what I was signing, etc. She helped me find a home that was perfect for me, in the exact neighborhood I wanted, and took care of every single detail, question, and concern I had. She also negotiated an amazing deal for me and got me above and beyond what I ever expected. She saved me Up to a thousand dollars in all the little fees and expenses that could possibly come up in the process of buying. I closed on the house in less that 30 days with almost no stress and zero surprises. The day I signed on my home, even the women at the title company were telling me how impressed they were with my realtor, and showed me every part of the deal where she had saved me money or protected my interests in some way. I am beyond happy with waters international. I’m so happy in my new home and I couldn’t be more grateful!

Keri Mohler was our realtor while we were buying our new house. She was very kind, super responsive, and very helpful throughout the almost 3-month long process. The house we ended up purchasing had another offer on it and according to the listing agent Keri's respectful attitude was part of the reason we got the house. Working with Christian from Watters Realty was so effortless! This was our first home buying experience so we were a little bit nervous but Christian explained every little detail of the process and made it so easy! He was our go-to person anytime we got an email regarding our new home and we would even call him at all hours of the day and he would patiently explain everything we needed to know. This is the 3rd time we have used the Watter’s team and they always exceed our expectations. If you are looking for a realty team that is dedicated, professional and compassionate then look no further! You will find all that and more with Kia and Jodi. Words can't even begin to express what an amazing team they are. They were always readily available whether I reached out to them at in the morning or at night. Both were always responsive and eager to help accommodate us and make us feel like a priority. One thing I liked was the scheduled meetings every Thursday and the financial reports. Of course, when selling a home there are sometimes issues but Kia and Jodi were always there to troubleshoot, put out fires and both were even there to calm me down and reassure me that everything would be fine. It was difficult to sell a home in the Manor Market and even harder when it’s around the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. We had already moved out of our home in October and we were wanting to sell fast. We received several offers and a couple fell through so the stress was on, but Kia and Jodi were there every step of the way making sure all our questions were answered. Kia and Jodi genuinely love what they do and clearly have their client’s best interests at heart. Thank you both for all your help.
