Jillian French is truly the best lawyer you could ever ask for if you are involved in a Family Law matter. In the most difficult part of my life after being served with divorce/custody papers, very unexpectedly, Jillian was referred to me by a friend who previously chose Vaught Law Firm. I called the firm on a Sunday, after being served the day before, on a Saturday. On a Sunday, Tracey answered the phone immediately when I called. It was a Sunday afternoon and she took my call right away, and in a calm, centered, unbelievably peaceful, and reassuring way she told me I would be speaking to a lawyer the very next day. I hired Jillian the following day, Monday. We went to court 4 days later. Jillian is whip-smart. She will prepare you for any situation that is in front of you and stay by your side. This firm is caring. They are real people that are there for you. This firm is a team of professionals that are incredibly synergistic. It was Jillian and her team, Stephany and Candi that I will forever recommend to anyone that finds themselves in need of a Family Law Attorney. Stop looking for the best Family Law Firm available. Wow, divorce sucks, Vaught makes it manageable and they're amazing to work with. I had a very complicated case to modify spousal support just 18 months after my divorce. Erin Leake and the team at Vaught were able to help me demonstrate the legal threshold to get a fair reduction that was substantial without the expense of a trial. I can't recommend them any stronger. Professional, expert, efficient. They will not burn through retainer doing empty work. They are also realistic in managing my expectations and the law. I would strongly recommend them to anyone going through divorce.

I don't normally write reviews, however I felt this was one worth writing about. I don't live in Austin, but needed a lawyer from there. I couldn't have asked for a better law firm! It's been a long two year process for me, that has finally come to an end. I am truly thankful to everyone at this firm, who helped me during this process!! They were all so wonderful!! They were always so prompt to respond and very kind. I would often times get responses back to my emails when it was late in the evening. To me, that says they all work so very hard very their clients. Good people!!

It’s tough giving a review of the firm that helped with your divorce but Jillian and all of the staff there did all that I could have asked for. I hope I never need them again but if I did or if a friend did, I’d recommend them with confidence.

If you’re looking for an attorney firm to represent you on your divorce or child custody battle, don’t waste your time hiring attorneys who claimed to charge affordable fees because it will end up costing you more time and money at the end. Trust me, I’ve been there and I wish I would have found Jimmy sooner. I went through a long drawn out custody battle and did not have a very good experience with the first set of attorneys who represented me. "I strongly advise against engaging with this law firm, particularly Jimmy. If I could, I would rate it zero stars. Despite investing over $5k, my case never made it to court. Instead, we endured endless meetings that drained my retainer, offering little value to my case. When I expressed concerns about my child's well-being, Jimmy abruptly terminated our professional relationship via email. It's evident he prioritizes profit over client advocacy. Sadly, my ex-partner, whom I was fighting for custody against, now faces serious charges, highlighting the system's failings. My recommendation is to avoid lawyers altogether and seek alternative solutions, as they often prioritize financial gain over genuine assistance."
