Can't say my experience was anything less than amazing! All of my issues were resolved and I have total trust in Vaught Law Firm. Highly recommend their services!

Wow I scheduled a consultation with Tracy to speak with Mrs. French. However, I had to cancel because I scheduled my daughter doctor appointment same day and Time. I get an email that cc me from Tracy stating and I quote “Not Surprised- she didn’t have the money”.As I told Mrs. Tracy I did and that’s beside the point. I thought she was really nice over the phone.I was going to re-schedule But GOD had me dodged this firm and in doing business with people like this, and you have no clue what I have thank you don’t judge people off there name’s.

I told Jimmy, I don’t care about the cars, the investment properties., the house, the bank accounts or anything else. I just want 50/50 possession with my children. The first thing Jimmy told me was. “I don’t think we should go for 50/50 possession because I don’t think they’ll go for it”. The first time we went to court. We sat side by side for 4 hours. The judge came out. Re-scheduled us and that was that. I found out later that, That session of sitting in silence cost me upwards of 2600 or so. Overall, working with Jimmy was an absolute terrible experience. When we met he was distracted and didn’t pay attention to what I was telling him about what I most wanted. I had to repeat myself every time we met. I felt they only cared about my money and not me or not what I most wanted. I ended up representing myself and got everything I wanted and more!

I was totally satisfied with the Vaught Law Firm. They provided the expertise in my divorce filing and were always available to provide answers to procedures and questions I had. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ms. Tracy Vaught took a great amount of time to listen to my issue prior to helping me schedule a consultation with Ms. Jillian French. Ms. French was very insightful and professional. This situation has left us very uneasy, and we've found great comfort in everyone that we have come in contact with at this law firm. I feel that they truly care and are here to fight for us.

Very focused on statistic analysis to keep the focus on the outcome. This helps with the emotion of the process. At the same time the support and empathy throughout the process were very welcoming.

In retrospect, I wish I'd selected a different law firm to handle my uncontested, no child divorce. I worked with Candi W. and Erin L., perhaps the experience is different with different people at the firm. I found they consistently made a difficult life event more difficult through poor communication and lack of attention to details. I needed to follow-up to ensure things were completed and double check their work to correct errors. I found little value in their work for the cost. However, Tracy V. was understanding and helpful throughout the process.

Ms. French was our lawyer through an extremely (unnecessarily) painful family law case. We won. I was able to rescue my son from an emotionally abusive and toxic mentally ill parental alienator and now he is thriving. Jillian was by my side throughout two years of chaos and well-documented insanity. She is a pillar of professionalism and always seeks the most reasonable course of action. Despite all of the nonsense, Jillian never lost track of the facts and remained engaged in every meaningful way. I cannot say enough about how exceptional she was when the time came to present our case. I would highly recommend Ms. French to anyone going through family law disagreements.

Jimmy Vaught, and everyone in the office, has been so accessible, kind, and professional from the very first meeting and throughout our ongoing case. We are grateful to be able to entrust something so personal and important to them!
