I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with the law firm of Joel A. Levine. I was lucky to have Alberto de la Torre as my attorney and he did a phenomenal job. My mom and I were sitting at a traffic light on FM 1488 one afternoon and were hit from behind by a Ford Explorer going at least 60 miles an hour. We were fortunate to walk away from the accident, but it took me a long time to be able to resume the active lifestyle that I love. Alberto walked us through every step of the process to make sure we ended up with a settlement we were happy with. I also appreciate that it never took him more than a day to get back in touch with me when I texted or called him. He went above and beyond for my mom and me and we were both thrilled with the outcome. I also worked with Veronica Maya on all of the paperwork towards the end of the process and she was fantastic too. I highly recommend both of them and would use this law practice again. They really take care of the client and had my best interest in mind at all times.

My husband was injured while at work, and trying to navigate what to do afterwards was difficult. He decided to stand up for himself against the company for their wrongdoing’s when it came to employee safety. He was referred to the Law Office of Joel and from the start, was encouraged to continue with the case because the company WAS in the wrong. We can’t thank his attorney, Alexander Claire, enough for all the hard work, time and dedication he put into the case. He worked on it for a solid almost 2 years, WE WON, and we avoided depositions and going to court. FOREVER THANKFUL FOR ALEX AND THE TEAM. They helped us close an ugly chapter of our life so we can move forward. We would definitely recommend you get in touch with the firm if you’re in need of a personal injury attorney!!

I can’t thank Sam Garrison and Dave Wenholz enough for the tremendous work and support on my case. Sam was incredibly genuine, you could see it in his demeanor and the way he fiercely advocated for what he knew to be right and just. The confidence and knowledge they showcased during my trial was beyond my expectation and I truly don’t know how I would be where I am today with out their help.

This may be a little bit of a long review, but when you are going through a Personal Injury Case, like I did for 8 years, you want to know if the Review is legit. Yes, you read that right, 8 years. That is not normal, don’t worry, and it is not the Lawyers fault. I also ran through 3++ Lawyers…circumstantial (Covid etc) The Team at Joel Levine, were the final ‘Running Back’ that got the case to and Across the Finishline. And I think that is important to know. In a profession like law, it is easy to dragggggg things out. But with the Team at J Levine, they were focused on running the ball and closing the deal, successfully. We were ALL prepared to go to trial. 48 hours before Day 1 of trial, A reasonable conclusion was available. But I want to restate, the team was ready to go, for the week of Trial. In Law there are Closers, there are Trial Lawyers. That is what Team Levine is, closers and Lawyers willing to prepare for Trial. (Which is Important in PI) It was a very long road for me, and I am glad it is behind me. I highly recommend Team Joel Levine.

I had such a great experience working with Alberto and Alex! The entire law firm was very friendly and responsive. I am very satisfied with this firm.

I was transferred to this office from Daniel Stark and Got Alexander Cummings. He was the worst. Lied to me at every turn . Talked badly about me in an email he didn't know I was on as well. Never even fought for me on my case. Please don't trust him with your case.He tricked me into taking a settlement I didn't want to take by telling me if I didn't take it that it would at least be another year or more before we could get into court and for what maybe another 1,000 if we even get it .Then tried to cheat me on the settlement money the agreement was 33% and he tried to charge way more than 33% I did the math and got mad when I asked about the over charge then when I called Daniel Stark it was corrected because she saw the over charge as well.

Estoy muy agradecida con el excelente servicio que brindaron todos en especial Alberto, Siempre al pendiente y luchando por mi caso, no me equivoque en elegir a el como abogado.
