What an amazing experience! Thats not something you hear about selling a home. Watters International Realty made our first time selling a home a pleasant, effortless experience! From the initial meeting with Jason to the staging and coordinating with Jodi and even the photographer was very nice and accommodating. This team made this process so easy for us. They were very responsive and available any time we needed anything. Do yourself a favor and ask for Jason Bouchard and his coordinator Jodi Roughton you definitely won't be sorry! Oh and get boxes because the process goes fast!! Thank you guys again!! 😊

Fewer than 30 days from listing to closing! That can only be done with a superior team. Renée Londgren, Morgan, Joe, Jennifer, et al did a wonderful job of pulling everything together from marketing to staging to closing and it all went smoothly. We received multiple offers, as promised, including a cash offer that was well above asking price. I highly recommend Watters - they really know what they are doing.

Tamyra Bradley did an incredible job with the sale of my rental property in Austin, TX.  I knew the sale would be challenging because the property was tenant occupied, it had to be renovated before putting it on the market, the tenant was several months behind on the rent, COVID-19 restrictions did not allow evictions due to non-payment of the rent, and the seller lives 2000 miles away. Tamyra got the tenant to vacate the property, the renovation and repairs completed within the next 3 weeks, and approximately 2 weeks later the property was listed for sale. The property went on the market on a Thursday and we had 6 offers by the weekend, the highest being $66,000 over asking. We opened escrow on our highest offer but it did not close when a foundation inspection revealed foundation issues. After a month's delay to get the foundation repaired, we opened the 2nd escrow that closed 33 days later. An experienced professional who was poised for the challenges when they occurred. I highly recommend Watters International Realty and especially Tamyra Bradley. Watters is a well oiled machine and Tamyra is the Gold Standard for Realtors. I live in Los Angeles and never had to travel to Texas because of a problem that Watters International and Tamyra could not handle. It is most definitely a seller’s market out there and Watters International Reality did such a great job! As a first time seller, I had a huge knowledge deficit going into the process. I worked with Courtney and I’m not quite sure what I would have done without him and his expertise. Because of his knowledge of the market and the process, I was able to sell my house by the deadline I needed to and at a much higher price than I ever expected. Any questions I had, were answered quickly by either Courtney or Morgan. The team I worked with put my fears and anxiety at bay by explaining the different processes to me (sometimes more than once lol) and keeping me updated. The company’s marketing strategy is the best I’ve seen even now that I’ve moved to another city. The pictures were absolutely gorgeous and any input I had to choosing which to use or not use and any additional ideas I had were, listened to and taken into consideration with the final marketed product. Overall, it was an exceptional experience.

Our agent was Renee Longden and she was awesome. We had a unique selling contingency in that we wanted to sell now during this hot market but lease back the house for 15 months until our Son graduates high school. Renee and Watters Int. got us multiple offers in just one weekend of showings and we closed for 40k over our asking price. I bought a house recently with Dawn McCourry and it was the most incredibly positive experience! Buying in Austin has been insanity lately but Dawn was able to bring me through the process with so little stress, all my friends and colleagues were wishing they'd been able to find her first! Dawn is incredibly knowledgeable, she was able to answer every question I had, which was a lot considering I was a first time buyer. She was so attentive through the entire process and took the stress out of it for me. I cannot say enough good things about Dawn but the bottom line is - if you're looking to buy in or around Austin, go with Dawn and have a home buying experience everyone will be jealous of!!
