I want to give a shout out to Cory Cain at Watters International Realty. I listed my property with Cory and Waters International about 60 days ago. It was Condo so there were not as many people interested at first. After a little while we were getting more and more offers. The final offer we accepted was $ 25k more than what we asked. I netted a little more than what we listed it for. UNBELIEVABLE !! I am so glad I chose Cory Cain and Watters International Realty to handle the sale of my condo.! I would recommend them to anyone selling their property.

Watters Realty is amazing! Our realtor, Renée Longden, is the best there is! She sold our home for us within a week and had multiple offers. Her team took care of everything from staging to closing. I highly recommend Renée and her team to anyone!!!!!
