Shelly was top notch throughout the entire process. This was my first home purchase and the process was clear, thoroughly explained, and very timely. I was provided a step by step roadmap of how the home-buying process plays out with detailed information for each step. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and an efficient liaison between me and the title company, seller agent, lender, etc. Top freaking notch; this coming from a process engineer by trade.

Our experience with Watters International Realty was a great experience !! They are very professional and fulfill their promises.Love the “team work”that they have, if our agent couldn’t answer, her assistant was available. That made it easy to get our questions answered and the process be fulfilled as soon as possible. Since in our case the closing was in two weeks they were able to have it ready and done just in time!! Also for the fact that it covers internationally we were able to have a buyer exactly a week after it listed. It took just three weeks to list , sale and close !! That was Awesome !!
