We enjoyed working with Eric McArthur from Watters International Realty during our home buying journey. We started looking for homes in Spring 2021, right at the peak of the Austin housing market rush. We were so grateful to Eric for his flexibility and responsiveness when we were looking at houses. The market was moving so fast, we often wouldn't know what homes would even be available to see during the weekend until Thursday or Friday. But Eric was always able to get us into the places we wanted to see. We ended up putting in about 10-12 offers, and even had one contract pending until the appraisal came back too low. Finally, we were able to find a great home in a new neighborhood in Hutto that Eric suggested. We made a bid on a new build, and we finally had a stroke of luck and our offer was accepted! Then, of course, we had to wait for the home to be built. During those 6+ months, Eric helped us manage the timeline and communicate with the builder to make sure everything was going smoothly and on schedule. Through it all, Eric's quick turnaround and attention to detail on showings, offers, walk-throughs, and everything else gave us so much reassurance during what could have easily been an anxiety-inducing process. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home, and we are now happily settled into our new place. At our closing, Eric gave us a custom doormat to celebrate. It says "Team Raymund" and is definitely fitting, because we really did feel like a team with him as our captain guiding us during this whole experience. We give our highest recommendation for Eric McArthur!

Jason Dayton made the impossible possible! We inherited a house and all the legalities that come with it, and Jason and his dedicated team worked tirelessly with us to get through the prep work, legal loopholes, and finally to sale. Jason kept us well informed during the process and always had a positive attitude during each conversation. Working with a professional team made this much easier and we were able to close as quickly as possible. If we ever need to sell another home, Jason will be the first person we would call at Watter’s International Realty!

Recently worked with Jeff R. at Watters to purchase our new home. Jeff went above and beyond to get us into the home we wanted. We had to do a lot of shopping remotely from another state but Jeff did everything he could to make sure we found the right home virtually. He was extremely prompt in every action he took for us. It made us feel like we were the only customer they had and they were totally devoted to us. Equally important is that after the sale, he has been very responsive and has helped with a few other tasks not directly related to the sale of the house. Myself and my family will definitely use Watters in the future! Ask for Jeff!

I am like everyone else when it comes to buying. I want the transaction to happen as quickly as possible. With that being said Watters International Realty went above and beyond with assuring me that my needs where their first priority. Most company’s shut down after 5pm but not Watters crew. If they found something that met my criteria, they would reach out but of course only if I wanted them to. They were upfront in explaining the entire process and assuring me they would be there from the beginning to the end and if needed after the process. To make a long story short I highly recommend their services.

Shelly was AMAZING! She was so patient with all of my craziness and panicking over everything and nothing. Shelly worked so hard finding me all kinds of houses with my picky demands. She's a keeper. Ask for Shelly!

This review is specifically for Melissa Guth. She was amazing in the whole process of helping us purchase our new home. She even stepped in to help out with the sale of our previous property as well. She was very prompt to respond, and always willing to meet us to show a property, sometimes last minute. I just knew I was driving her crazy but she remained sweet and professional to the very end! Will most certainly use her again if we buy another home!

I have never experienced such incompetence. She doesn’t prepare and will work against you because of it. She did not answer my calls the day before my hearing and then manipulated me into a settlement 30 minutes before we were to go before the judge. No matter how many times I said I wanted to go before the judge and present my case.. She will act kind, then put you under extreme duress to make her job easier.. She was not on my side, she was working with the other side. She manipulated me into decisions the entire time by playing with my emotions. Kristiana will act empathetic but she doesn’t have genuine feelings for your case or situation. When I tell people the things she did they are in disbelief. I still can’t wrap my mind around what she did to me.

We worked with Rene, she was very knowledgeable and kept us informed step by step. Would def recommend Watters international for their service and personal Rene.

We appreciate how they work as a team. The marketing really helped in pushing the sale of the home on Ross Grass.

This review is for Watters International Realty but more specifically, Christian who was our realtor. My wife and I bought our first house and the whole experience can be daunting and stressful to say the least. Most people suggested we don't need a realtor since it is a new house we were buying. I'm so glad I didn't listen to those people because without Christian, we would feel lost. He was our champion throughout the process. He kept up with EVERYTHING that was going on. From picking a house to closing, it took 14 months and Christian helped us stay on track the entire time. Anytime we had a meeting with the builder, Christian, would compile notes and then take the responsibility of following up with the builder to address things that came up during the meeting. He would also point out things that we had to take into consideration like warranty, loan, inspections etc. His input was extremely valuable and it helped us make decisions for our home. The thing I value the most about Christian besides his professional expertise and vast knowledge of the market, is how genuine his intention was to help us. We immediately felt comfortable with Christian and trusted him to guide us every step of the way. He was always available, even after working hours. Both my wife and I have 9-5 work schedule and it was difficult for us to attend calls or meetings between those hours and I greatly appreciate the fact that we could talk to him after we got off work and that he was always available. He also got us a bunch of gifts on our closing day. It was such an unexpected but pleasant surprise. Thank you to Watters and Christian for their guidance, professionalism and more importantly the values they hold.

Recently worked with realtor Gloria Pond, who not only aided me in buying a new home (responsive, informative and professional!) but was also able to provide some great advice in other real estate endeavors that I was involved in. She was instrumental in making the transactions smooth and I absolutely appreciate the care she took in making sure I was satisfied with every step of the process. Kudos!!
