Renee Longden was the prefect selling agent for me. She was very responsive and professional. And yet understanding and caring with my grief when my husband passed away shortly after the house was listed. She cleared up any concerns regarding legal heirship issues and was always available to talk with my daughter in Seattle. My husband and I have bought and sold many homes over our 57 plus years of marriage. but Renee made it a pleasure.

We worked with Susan Sawyer at Watters Realty to buy our house and she really worked hard to get us what we wanted during a really difficult buying situation. She is very nice and very responsive to communications.

Our agent Renée was really easy to work with. We had multiple properties to sell and Watter's group was amenable to negotiating a package discount. Communications were a plus with ad hoc phone calls and text communications as well as easily scheduling weekly phone calls for pricing strategies, negotiations, and agent feedback. We'd happily use Renée 's and Watters' services again.

I was in a bind when we hooked up with Chris Watters. We had terminated our listing with our first realtor after 37 days on the market and no activity I had worked at KLBJ radio where Chris frequently advertised so I gave Chris a call and we got started. Ironically we got a low ball offer after that before they’d even listed it. I passed the potential buyer’s realtor on to Courtney Bowden.. He was able to negotiate the offer up to a much more reasonable and ultimately acceptable price. Throughout the process he kept us appraised and shared his professional opinion with us.,His insights were invaluable! He’s a real pro!
