Our family was in a bind to find a realtor on very short notice. We had only heard about Chris Watters Reality through advertisements. Watters Reality calls us back the next day and sent someone out In the next few days. Our agent was Courtney Bowden. He was professional, on time, very pleasant with a smile and adhered to all of our covid protocols due to my mother being in the high risk category. We want to thank Courtney for his patience and responsiveness in working with our family. My mother’s home went on the market late in the afternoon, and within two hours we had a strong offer. The process has moved very quickly and smoothly, all while Courtney made sure to meet the special needs of my mother having not to be out of her home to many times. Our family thanks you again for all your hard work. Rhonda Pineda was great, she answered every question along the way in a very timely manner. Great recommendations on what to do and what not to do in order to sell our home. Rhonda got us an offer in days and kept us informed throughout the process. Our closing was remote and questions came up, Rhonda was able to answer them quickly. She made us feel like we were her only clients.

Juana Palacios is an excellent realtor when it comes to helping you find your next home or an investment property, especially when you are out of state and in the middle of a pandemic. We met while looking for one of the Watters property listings and she started helping us selflessly without any added pressure of closing every deal. She has a good sense of the market in the Austin neighborhood and very prompt in responding. She did several video conferencing calls to give a walk-through of properties we like using zoom. Juana has access to all the state of the arts tools to get disclosures, comps to create competitive offers and send them to seller’s agents in a timely manner. Juana's network is excellent! She provided us with a complete package deal from loan agent, homeowner insurance to property management who all provided excellent service in closing the deal. Keri Mohler at Watters International was terrific! She was responsive to my questions, sent me listings relevant to my criteria, didn't try to convince me to buy out of my range or settle for something I didn't like. I would gladly use her services again in the future.

It was such a delight to work with Keri Mohler. We first went with Redfin to sell our home and it sat on the market for almost 3 months in the Austin area which is almost unheard of in the current market.
