I decided to leave Austin but first I needed to sell my home. Enter Watters International Realty. I had seen the ads, heard the commercials and decided to list with them. I had the good fortune of Renee’ Longden calling me and becoming my listing agent. She is fantastic! Renee’ explained the process from start to finish and in 3 days I had a contract for listing price. Renee’ was always prompt in answering my many questions and/or returning calls. Everyone involved in the selling of my home were spectacular, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Watters again.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company as a whole. April Harvell helped my buy my first home! I had absolutely no experience or knowledge in real estate or what goes into to buying and owning a home. April was very patient and honest with me, and walked me through every step to make sure I always had a clear understanding of where my money was going, what I was signing, etc. She helped me find a home that was perfect for me, in the exact neighborhood I wanted, and took care of every single detail, question, and concern I had. She also negotiated an amazing deal for me and got me above and beyond what I ever expected. She saved me Up to a thousand dollars in all the little fees and expenses that could possibly come up in the process of buying. I closed on the house in less that 30 days with almost no stress and zero surprises. The day I signed on my home, even the women at the title company were telling me how impressed they were with my realtor, and showed me every part of the deal where she had saved me money or protected my interests in some way. I am beyond happy with waters international. I’m so happy in my new home and I couldn’t be more grateful!

Keri Mohler was our realtor while we were buying our new house. She was very kind, super responsive, and very helpful throughout the almost 3-month long process. The house we ended up purchasing had another offer on it and according to the listing agent Keri's respectful attitude was part of the reason we got the house.
