Working with Christian from Watters Realty was so effortless! This was our first home buying experience so we were a little bit nervous but Christian explained every little detail of the process and made it so easy! He was our go-to person anytime we got an email regarding our new home and we would even call him at all hours of the day and he would patiently explain everything we needed to know. There was not a second that we believed Christian wasn’t looking out for us during this process - if we could give him 10 stars, we would! If you’re looking for a realtor, don’t hesitate to reach out to Christian!

Selling— We had multiple offers for over asking price in less than 36 hours of our home going live on MLS. Our agent, Keri Mohler, was awesome! She was quick to respond to all our needs during the process. The closing coordinators Jodie and Latisha also made for a smooth process. Buying— Keri Mohler exceeded our expectations and found us a brand new home and negotiated an amazing deal !!! We are super happy with the service we received! I highly recommend I highly recommend using Keri and her team at Watters International!!!!

This is the 3rd time we have used the Watter’s team and they always exceed our expectations. If you are looking for a realty team that is dedicated, professional and compassionate then look no further! You will find all that and more with Kia and Jodi. Words can't even begin to express what an amazing team they are. They were always readily available whether I reached out to them at in the morning or at night. Both were always responsive and eager to help accommodate us and make us feel like a priority. One thing I liked was the scheduled meetings every Thursday and the financial reports. Of course, when selling a home there are sometimes issues but Kia and Jodi were always there to troubleshoot, put out fires and both were even there to calm me down and reassure me that everything would be fine. It was difficult to sell a home in the Manor Market and even harder when it’s around the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. We had already moved out of our home in October and we were wanting to sell fast. We received several offers and a couple fell through so the stress was on, but Kia and Jodi were there every step of the way making sure all our questions were answered. Kia and Jodi genuinely love what they do and clearly have their client’s best interests at heart. Thank you both for all your help. Even though we are business associates both Rita and I feel as if we made 2 new friends. You can be sure we will sing your praises and tell all my Austin friends how great you all are!!

Had to work with this sellers agent. Sale failed due to poor communication on part of the seller's agent and their client. I would have expected better from this placed based on their reviews. Sadly incompetence is something that shows up when you actually have to know what you are doing. Sellers and Buyers beware. They are not very good at what they do.

Keri Mohler was the best! She found the perfect land for our home, then through a very long period before closing she was our cheerleader, always positive and encouraging. She was so very nice and caring!

I entered into a contract agreement with Watters Realty. After paying the requested earnest monies and option fees the seller decided not to move forward with the sale. Christopher Watters failed to refund my option fee and his only response was “I’m not sure what happened to it”. I guess his radio ads outgrew his sense of customer service. The million dollar man can’t stoop to the level of the little guy anymore. I would strongly advise against doing business with Christopher Watters. I have waited over a year to write this review in hopes I would find a check in the mail. And if anything changes, I will most certainly update this review.

From Day 1 David with Watters was extremely communicative. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and worked diligently on my behalf when it came to negotiations. As a first time home buyer, I can’t say enough how great the whole team was on making sure I understood and had everything I needed to execute a smooth home purchase !

We bought our home using Jessica Cheatham. Jessica was awesome. She made herself available when we needed her for viewings and she was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. She took us step by step through the signing process and asked questions on our behalf to the builder that we would have never thought to ask. We would highly recommend Jessica to all our friends and family who are looking to buy a home.

We both sold a home and purchased a home through Watters International Realty. David McKay was our buyers agent and helped us find the perfect home to purchase. He showed us several homes that fit our needs. We talked to David McKay and he made an offer on a home contingent on selling our home. We hadn’t even put our home on the market. Watters put a seller agent in charge of our home. Rhonda Pineda was our seller agent. Well, she put our home on the market then within 4 days we had an offer and accepted. Within one month we had closed on our house and bought a new house. Watters was instrumental with every step of the way. They were very professional and David McKay and Rhonda Pineda were tremendous assets to the selling and buying of our homes! David is our go to guy when buying a home and Rhonda Pineda is our go to person in selling a home.
