Susan Sawyer was very patient and encouraging with us as we made the decision to buy a lot.She researched current development issues in the area and found answers to the immediate questions we had about building there. She guided us through the buying process when we made our final decision and helped with advice and relevant information. All in all, I would say she made our land purchase not only doable but fun as well.

Chris Watters had a house listed in my neighborhood. I called to get an appointment to tour the house and he refused to show it unless I signed a buyer's agent agreement with his partner. Furthermore he listed the house at %40 over market and ended up selling it for under market and less than what I would have offered. He didn't serve his client well at all. Absolutely don't use this firm.
